Chile : Banco Santander announces increased income, flat profits for Q1 2009

Banco Santander Chile (NYSE: SAN) announced today its unaudited results for the fourth quarter of 2008. These results are reported on a consolidated basis in accordance with Chilean GAAP(1),(2), in nominal Chilean pesos.
